The Great Indian Question - Act 377 !!

The delhi high court's verdict legalising has snowballed into a socio-politico-religious controversy.i don't know what all is happening here in india.
some say this is FREEDOM and some say this is the BEGINNING OF THE END.
i have been hearing about this issue from years where mostly the ngo's have been supporting this cause for concern. i know that this is definitely not in our culture but different people, different views, and thats y different stories of life.
scientifically, this homosexuality is termed normal but what i say is that doctors even say " he's no more " with no concern as they are just doctors and they are saying what they think is right. so, no pt. blaming the doctors.
now there was policy in indian govt. if i read correctly that gays were not treated properly in the army. the U.S. army had a diff policy maybe that of BILL CLINTON...
'DON'T ASK, DON'T TELL'
i read baba RAMDEV's comments on this issue which weren't supporting repealing of this act.
and i even saw this show on ibn7 where ramdev and a gentleman were arguing on this issue very strongly , the gentleman supporting this cause.
We all read about the gay parade in newspapers and many were not impressed with the turnout being too large.
every person has its own say and i believe that maybe this is not right and i am not stating my reasons...would love to hear from u all on this issue though

    Bull's-eye!

I fail to understand why homosexuality is looked upon as a legal matter at all? It's a personal choice. It is to be dealt with in that manner precisely.

What does the law have to do with who a person wants to sleep with.. ! It's like reprimanding a person for liking cabbage more than tandoori chicken.. ! Against the law of nature? In that case, even vegetarianism is against the law of nature(survival of the fittest).

As for the social reservations and conservatism, people always have trouble accepting things they don't identify with or understand. Hence, a history of genocide, religious wars and racism. Never going to end, but at least we can make out peace and learn to live with it..!

P.S. I'm glad you got back to blogging. Truly.
